Formed in 1999 with the help of private equity funding, bfinance first created a platform to provide corporations and institutional investors with greater clarity in the increasingly complex and fragmented fund management and banking industries. To support the global presence of our client base, our firm has grown from its first offices in London, Paris and Munich to eight offices throughout Europe, Canada and the Middle East. We now advise over 400 of the world’s largest and most sophisticated institutional investors and corporations from over 25 countries world-wide, but our approach is still the same today. In 2009, bfinance successfully completed a management buy-out which saw the exit of the initial private equity backers. The firm is now entirely owned by senior management and employees thus ensuring its complete independence and the alignment of interests between the firm and its clients. |
