Peter Hobbs is Managing Director Private Markets en lid van het Senior Management Team. Zijn divisie bestrijkt vastgoed, infrastructuur, private equity en private debt, en biedt een reeks diensten aan waaronder portefeuilleontwerp, managerselectie en due diligence. Peter heeft uitgebreide ervaring met zowel principal investing als research. Voordat hij in 2016 bij bfinance kwam, was hij Managing Director bij MSCI (Real Estate Research en Key Global Accounts), verantwoordelijk voor portefeuille-analyse, benchmarking en risicodiensten. Daarvoor bekleedde hij functies bij IPD, RREEF (de alternatives asset management divisie van Deutsche Bank) en Property & Portfolio Research. In 2015 stond hij op de shortlist voor Outstanding Industry Contribution bij de IPE Real Estate Global Awards. Peter is gepromoveerd en is lid van de Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
