Les houdt toezicht op de Canadese activiteiten van bfinance en werkt met veel van onze belangrijkste klantrelaties in Canada. Voordat hij in 2017 bij bfinance kwam, was Les meer dan 30 jaar werkzaam in de financiële dienstverlening en meer dan twee decennia in vermogensbeheer. Hij bekleedde een aantal senior functies bij Scotiabank (Managing Director, Head of Cap Intro and Hedge Fund Consulting, Head of Global Alternative Asset Group) en Scotia Capital (Managing Director). Hij begon zijn carrière bij Royal Bank of Canada en RBC Capital Markets. Les heeft een MBA van York University en een Bachelor of Arts van de University of Toronto, Trinity College.
