Frans è un membro senior del team di consulenza ai clienti di bfinance con sede ad Amsterdam ed e’ entrato in bfinance nel 2007, inizialmente come membro del team di ricerca con sede a Londra, dove si è occupato della selezione dei gestori, per poi passare alla gestione delle relazioni nel 2009, con particolare attenzione ai clienti istituzionali olandesi e belgi. Frans ha lavorato precedentemente in ING all'Aia da ultimo nel dipartimento Fixed Income and Corporate Treasury che gestiva i rischi di liquidità, cambio e tasso di interesse per ING Insurance Holding. In precedenza, Frans, ha lavorato come gestore di portafoglio per clienti istituzionali presso ING Investment Management. Frans è titolare di un certificato CFA, CAIA, FRM e FDP e ha conseguito un Master in Business Administration presso l'Università Erasmus di Rotterdam.
