Les supervisiona le attività canadesi di bfinance e collabora con molti dei nostri clienti chiave in Canada. Prima di entrare in bfinance nel 2017, Les ha lavorato nei “financial services” per oltre 30 anni ed, in particolare, nella gestione patrimoniale per più di due decenni. Ha ricoperto diversi ruoli senior presso Scotiabank (Amministratore Delegato, responsabile di Cap Intro e Hedge Fund Consulting, responsabile del Global Alternative Asset Group) e Scotia Capital (Amministratore Delegato). Ha iniziato la sua carriera presso Royal Bank of Canada e RBC Capital Markets. Les ha conseguito un MBA presso la York University e una laurea in lettere presso l'Università di Toronto (Trinity College).
