Sam è a capo della divisione di consulenza di bfinance per il Regno Unito e l'Irlanda. È anche consulente indipendente del fondo pensione del Cambridgeshire, nominato nel 2020. Sam è entrato in bfinance nel 2004 come Senior Associate del team di ricerca, concentrandosi sulla selezione dei gestori per un'ampia gamma di asset classes prima di passare alla consulenza ai clienti. Sam ha inoltre guidato l'espansione dell'azienda negli Stati Uniti nel 2016. Prima di entrare in bfinance, Sam ha trascorso quattro anni in Standard & Poor's . Sam è certificato come “Chartered Financial Analyst” dal CFA Institute ed ha altrtesi’ ottenuto la certificazione di “Investment Management Certificate” (IMC) e le certificazioni Series 7, 24, 62 e 79 oltre ad un MA (Oxon) in matematica presso l'Università di Oxford.
