Martha è entrata a far parte di bfinance nel gennaio 2021 come Director del team Public Markets, specializzato nella ricerca sui gestori azionari. Dal 2024, è anche Presidente del Responsible Investment Committee dell'azienda. Ha oltre 12 anni di esperienza nel settore della gestione dei fondi, con ruoli precedenti tra cui il monitoraggio dei gestori azionari presso Stamford Associates, una società di consulenza sugli investimenti con sede nel Regno Unito. Martha è una CFA Charterholder, detiene il CFA Certificate in ESG Investing, il CFA Certificate in Climate & Investing e una laurea triennale in Economia presso l'Università di Nottingham.
