Thibault e' responsabile della ricerca sul debito privato di bfinance e vanta oltre quindici anni di esperienza nel settore del credito. Prima di approdare in bfinance all'inizio del 2019, Thibault ha trascorso oltre un decennio nel settore bancario ricoprendo diversi ruoli di strutturazione del debito aziendale, origination e consulenza. Dopo aver iniziato la sua carriera nell'Acquisition Finance presso BNP Paribas e Barclays, Thibault si è poi spostato nei Debt Capital Markets presso BNP Paribas (Liability Management) e Lloyds Bank (Corporate DCM), per poi sfruttare questo doppio background in un ruolo di Debt Advisory presso Centrus Advisors. La sua esperienza nella ricerca di manager spazia su un'ampia fascia di asset class del credito privato, sia per quanto riguarda i prestiti basati sui flussi di cassa sia per quanto riguarda i prestiti basati sugli asset.

Thibault si è laureato alla ESSEC Business School (Grande Ecole francese) e più recentemente ha ottenuto la qualifica di Certified Expert in Climate & Renewable Energy Finance (Frankfurt School of Finance & Management).
