Weichen a rejoint bfinance en juillet 2019 en tant que Senior Associate au sein de l'équipe Marchés cotés, spécialisée dans la recherche de gestionnaires d'actions. Avant de rejoindre bfinance, Weichen a passé cinq ans en tant qu'analyste de recherche sur les gestionnaires chez Alvarium Investments, une boutique d'investissement basée au Royaume-Uni. Weichen est titulaire d'un MSc en économie de l'University College London et d'un BSc en sécurité de l'information de l'Université Fudan, en Chine. Weichen est titulaire de la certification CFA et parle couramment le chinois mandarin.
