Ottavia est membre de l'équipe de conseil à la clientèle de bfinance depuis 2007, d'abord basée à Londres puis à Rome. Elle a travaillé auparavant pour Goldman Sachs à Londres et a commencé sa carrière en tant qu'analyste dans la division de gestion de patrimoine privé chez Morgan Stanley à Milan. Ottavia possède également une expérience dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie et des loisirs. Elle est titulaire d'un BA (Hons) de l'University College de Londres et d'un diplôme de troisième cycle en études commerciales de la London School of Economics.
