Martha kam im Januar 2021 als Director im Public Markets Team zu bfinance und ist auf das Research für Aktien Asset Manager spezialisiert. Seit 2024 ist sie außerdem Vorsitzende des Responsible Investment Committee des Unternehmens. Sie verfügt über mehr als 12 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fondsverwaltungsbranche und war zuvor unter anderem für die Überwachung von Aktienmanagern bei Stamford Associates, einem in Großbritannien ansässigen Anlageberatungsunternehmen, tätig. Martha ist CFA Charterholder, besitzt das CFA-Zertifikat für ESG-Investitionen, das CFA-Zertifikat für Klima und Investitionen und einen erstklassigen BSc in Wirtschaftswissenschaften der University of Nottingham.
